Chengshou Pan founded POA Architects in 2020 and leads the practice’s design work across public buildings, community spaces, urban regeneration and infrastructure.

His work focuses on architectural form and spatial experience, with attention to site conditions, the urban context and everyday use. Guided by Freedom with Belonging, he explores how architecture can connect people and support shared life while preserving individual autonomy and choice.

Selected projects include Wangshan Qingshui Ecological Water Treatment Plant, GOLD International Plaza, Oulian Automobile Plaza Renovation, Longgang Digital Agriculture Innovation Center and Wuqian Gymnasium.

In 2024, Pan was named to Perspective’s 40 Under 40 list.
