Recently, on February 20, the Designer Honor Dinner hosted by the famous Asian design magazine Perspective was held at Watermark in Hong Kong, which has a 270-degree view of the magnificent Victoria Harbour. Pan Chengshou was selected for the 2025 40 Under 40 Awards (40 design talents under 40 in Asia Pacific) and was invited to attend the design gala and receive recognition. He gathered with more than 170 architects and designers from the Asia-Pacific region to have an in-depth and pleasant exchange to honor the 40 design talents.
40 Under 40 Awards is held by the well-known magazine Perspective. The event started in 2006. As one of the most important events in the design industry, the award provides a stage for new designers to show themselves. The award selects 40 outstanding and influential young designers under the age of 40 every year. Since the launch of the list, the list has focused on the design leaders of the younger generation. Over the past decade, more than 600 design leaders have become part of the 40 Proud.
40 under 40 Awards winners
The award aims to recognize those design talents who lead the future design and actively influence and change our lives. Designers including CAN Managing Director Stephen Chow, Fu Houming, He Zhouli, Ma Yansong, Bjarke Ingels, Chen Bokang and others have won this honor. Gary and Stephen stood out in the competition and won the honor with their design achievements, innovative thinking and contributions to the architectural industry.
