Longgang, as China's first farmers‘ city, is a remarkable example of the transformation of China's agricultural civilisation into an industrial civilisation, symbolising the process of farmers’ self-reliance and self-improvement towards modernisation. It concentrates the whole picture of China's transformation from countryside to city. It is situated in the south of Zhejiang Province, close to the estuary of Aojiang River, with convenient traffic, neighbouring the East China Sea, bordering with National Highway 104 and Wenfu Railway, east of the East China Sea, and west of the motorway, which is a superior geographical position.

Red tomatoes hanging all over the vine, a full and firm, sweet and sour tomatoes, reflecting the ‘red’ persimmon farmers the road to prosperity.
